The Lakes & Lancs Spoco party bus arrived in Ulverston to be greeted by almost perfect sunshine and light winds for round 9 of the series.This years circuit was the classic hilly 21 mile circuit along the coast road towards Barrow, a slight change from last years circuit. Round nines starting line up included Amanda Howard, Phil Shaw, Duncan Orme and Campbell West all gaining valuable points in the Spoco series.
The overall round and new course record was take by Craig Steele of Lakes Road Club with an outstanding time of 47:28
